A new-look online boutique

We designed the new iteration of casadei.com. The concept of the site is base con the Casadei woman. She radiates strength, boldness, and femininity in every occasion, inhabiting her desires and expressing her emotions with fearless authenticity about the story she has to tell.

We brought this concept to life through a user journey that highlights how Casadei shoes can be used to express one’s emotions, showcasing them for different occasions. The concept was held up by three pillars that we summed up in three words: Storyteller, Exclusive and Seamless.

Storyseller represents the product narratives, engaging customers through storytelling to enhance their shopping experience. Exclusive aims to appeal to users’ desires, for every occasion, like a shoe that makes you feel one-of-a-kind. This is translated into features such as “shop by mood”, abundant editorial content and modular layouts to accomodate it.
Seamless means sleek and elegant—like the shoes themselves—but when applied to the UX of the site it also means presenting information in a clear, transparent, and understandable manner to enhance user trust. It also means a mobile first approach, clear iconography and typography with a seamless navigation.
